COLLECTION NAME: DONE FOR REALITY 2014
CODE NAME: DFR14 PIECES: 14 MATERIALS: ALL Postconsumer jersey, thick jersey, denim (all sorts) and leather Vision: I wanted to create a serial producable collection. I have been asked why it only in black - well the answer is that even with this narrow :-) color pallet its sometimes difficult to get the right color as the recyclers are mostly in Finland based on charity and so on... they cannot be asked a lot. First one year to find out what I would like to create. I didn´t want to do anything which would have been done - and like so it is still and then one year to create form that could be found from existing forms in postconsumer clothes. I ended up with the name, because I felt that I wanted to express myself that this brand called MEM I created was not only made for my dream, but also made for this reality.
